Rough-In and Dry-In
Our ULTRA-EFFICIENT WALL SYSTEM is delivered and ready for site construction.
In this phase, the subfloor (un-necessary with concrete slabs), the PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES are set, and our ROOF SHEATHING is installed. Your roofing is now ready to be applied.
WINDOWS AND DOORS are installed and any backfilling around the foundation is done.
“Rough-in” is the term used for the mechanical portions of building includes plumbing and electric.
Our PRE-ENGINEERED WALL SYSTEMS comes with INSULATION; you will skip these phase. Drywall can be staged for future installation. Water, and electric utilities are connected to your home.
